Video Editor – Paid Social Content

About the role

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to transform raw footage into scroll‑stopping, conversion‑focused videos for paid social campaigns. You will work closely with our Paid Social team to create platform‑native content that is on‑brand and consistently high‑quality.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and deliver high‑quality video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Cut, trim, and sequence raw footage into compelling narratives, handling transitions, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Add captions and text overlays for accessibility and silent‑viewing formats.
• Maintain organized production files and video asset libraries.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams during concept development and campaign planning.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and apply them to keep content fresh and effective.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate with a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience editing video content for brands on social platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating editing range, storytelling, and creative judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Background in Film Production, Media Arts, or Communications is a plus.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and motion‑graphics techniques.
• Understanding of video codecs, export settings, and platform optimization.
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace (GSuite) and Loom for async communication.
