Technical Manager – Remote

About the role

As a Technical Manager at BairesDev, you will act as the technical authority for sales and pre‑sales engagements, translating client needs into concrete solution proposals. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier engineers, shaping how technology solutions are sold and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to meet leads and prospects, converting requirements into clear documentation and proposals.
• Present BairesDev’s capabilities at events and client meetings as the technical expert.
• Define optimal team compositions, project estimates, and solution architectures.
• Provide consultancy on best practices across software delivery, AI, data & analytics, cloud, and quality.
• Partner with presales to craft proposals, estimates, and technical recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) building software with teams.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in a specific SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
• Proven experience selling technology outsourcing through pre‑sales or sales teams.
• Subject‑matter expertise in at least one vertical domain.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
