TRACK PMS Expert & Webmaster

About the role

We are seeking an experienced TRACK PMS Expert / Webmaster to take full ownership of our company's use of the TRACK Property Management System. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on, expert‑level experience with TRACK PMS, be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues, and act as the primary internal point of contact for the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily operations of TRACK PMS, including settings, workflows, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical and system issues, investigate errors, and resolve synchronization problems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between TRACK and third‑party platforms.
• Work directly with TRACK’s support and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Document issues, solutions, and recurring processes for internal reference.
• Support internal team members with TRACK‑related questions and usage problems.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, configurations, and overall platform utilization.

Required profile

• Expert‑level, hands‑on experience with TRACK PMS (non‑negotiable).
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to investigate issues independently and drive them to resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
