About the role
Join our TalentPop team as a Spanish/English Bilingual Customer Service Specialist. You will provide voice and chat support to a diverse customer base, ensuring high‑quality service in both languages.
Key responsibilities
- Provide inbound support via phone, chat and email in Spanish and English.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver quick resolutions.
- Personalize interactions to understand needs and build relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall experience.
- Offer feedback to refine processes and service quality.
Required profile
- At least one year of remote or online customer service experience.
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
