Solar Energy Appointment Setter – Remote

About the role

Join a growing solar sales team as a remote Appointment Setter. You will contact homeowners, educate them about solar energy benefits, and schedule qualified sales meetings for the closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to homeowners.
• Explain solar energy concepts and answer prospect questions.
• Book qualified appointments for senior sales representatives.
• Handle objections and rebuttals confidently.
• Achieve daily KPIs and maximize conversation volume.
• Continuously improve scripts, tone, and sales techniques.

Required profile

• English proficiency at C1/C2 level with natural conversation ability.
• Previous experience in sales or cold calling.
• Strong objection‑handling skills and a resilient mindset.
• Coachable, disciplined, and looking for a long‑term opportunity.

Required skills

• Windows 10 operating system.
• Intel Core i5 processor or better.
• Minimum 16 GB RAM.
• Updated Google Chrome browser.
• Kixie PowerCall Dialer.
• Stable high‑speed internet (≥30 Mb/s download, ≥10 Mb/s upload) with low latency.
• UPS or backup power system.
• Quiet workspace for calls.
