About the role

ReadyChatAI.llc is seeking a full‑time remote Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media initiatives across multiple platforms. You will shape the brand voice, engage online communities, and support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies based on data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and optimization for major platforms.
• Strong content strategy skills with the ability to align social content to broader marketing objectives.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities, adaptable to different tones and audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
