Social Media Manager

About the role

Caktus is looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to join its on‑site team in Caracas. You will be responsible for shaping and executing social media strategies that boost engagement and enhance brand visibility across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement comprehensive social media campaigns.
• Oversee creation of engaging content and ensure consistent brand voice.
• Monitor social channels, respond to community interactions and foster positive relationships.
• Analyze performance metrics using social media analytics tools and optimise strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to produce compelling visual and written assets.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong background in content strategy and copywriting.
• Excellent communication skills for community interaction and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with social media analytics platforms to measure and improve performance.
• Ability to stay current with emerging trends and platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with creative agencies or similar roles is a plus.
