Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to join its multicultural, globally distributed development team. You will work remotely, creating modern web applications that deliver seamless experiences across mobile and desktop devices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web applications for various screen sizes.
• Execute all phases of the software engineering lifecycle.
• Plan, process, and perform tasks efficiently without supervision.
• Maintain consistency and quality throughout the product.
• Document code and produce technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 6+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Strong front‑end abilities (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Experience with modern frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Advanced English communication skills.
