Senior Project Manager – Remote (Staff Augmentation)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver products and transformations for global clients while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control project outcomes, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company systems, policies and procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
• Foster a collaborative environment, retain talent and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning and forecast project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, analyze variances and take corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with solid knowledge of project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate diverse, remote teams.
