Sales Support Specialist

About the role

NeoWork is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative assistance to the Inside Sales Department. The role is fully remote and focuses on virtual sales consultations, quote preparation, and guiding clients through permitting and feasibility checks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual sales consultations to understand client needs, project goals, and budgets.
• Present the pergola catalog and recommend tailored solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and customized sales proposals.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with leads throughout the sales pipeline.
• Research local construction setbacks, zoning regulations, and permit requirements by contacting municipalities.
• Provide clients with up‑to‑date permitting information and project feasibility assessments.
• Record all client interactions, proposals, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience conducting virtual sales consultations and closing sales.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads.
• Familiarity with the construction, home improvement, outdoor living, or building materials industry is preferred.
• Comfortable contacting municipalities and government agencies for zoning and permit research.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
