Sales Customer Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Customer Support specialist who will engage Spanish‑speaking prospects through chat. Working remotely, you will use our proven scripts and adapt them to each client, helping them understand our funding platform and guiding them towards a successful trading partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct chat‑based conversations in Spanish with inbound leads.
• Follow and personalize sales scripts to match each customer’s needs.
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in chat‑based sales or a comparable sales role.
• Fluent Spanish for client communication and a good level of English for internal coordination.
• Strong self‑starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Mandatory knowledge of Forex trading.
