Sales Agent (Spanish) – Remote

About the role

Falcon Funded is looking for a proactive Spanish‑speaking Sales Agent to engage inbound leads through chat. You will represent a fast‑growing funding platform that supports traders worldwide, helping them access capital, tools, and structured support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct chat‑based conversations with potential clients in Spanish.
• Follow provided scripts while tailoring the dialogue to each lead’s needs.
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams in English to ensure smooth hand‑offs and accurate information flow.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of proven success in chat‑based sales or a comparable sales environment.
• Fluent Spanish for client communication and proficient English for internal coordination.
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous customer interactions.
• Experience in Forex, proprietary trading, or brokerage services.
• Self‑starter with strong responsibility and the capacity to work independently.
