Bilingual Junior Sales Representative – Onsite

About the role

We are looking for a proactive bilingual junior sales representative to join our aesthetic and plastic surgery clinic in Caracas. You will be the voice of the clinic, building trust with prospective patients, educating them on treatments and guiding them toward confident choices.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries about aesthetic procedures and conduct high‑volume outbound calls using provided lead lists.
• Close sales by processing payments, upselling complementary treatments and scheduling appointments.
• Follow up with patients after procedures to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings or referrals.
• Maintain accurate call records and lead status in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with surgeons and internal teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, sales or healthcare outreach; experience in cosmetic/aesthetic services is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
• Motivated, eager to learn and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Full‑time availability Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑17:30 EST, onsite in Chacao, Caracas.

Required skills
