About the role
As a Retail Vertical Customer Success Junior Manager, you will act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key retail clients. You will leverage NielsenIQ data and solutions to deliver high‑value, data‑driven insights that support retailers’ strategic planning and measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategic and Joint Business Plans with retail clients to generate value and ensure effective service delivery.
- Conduct periodic business reviews to assess objectives, priorities, success criteria, and performance monitoring.
- Demonstrate ROI through quantifiable business opportunities, insights, and outcomes while incorporating client feedback.
- Create executive‑level presentations for C‑level and senior stakeholders on FMCG trends, shopper behavior, and retailer performance.
- Monitor and improve service quality, adjusting plans as retailer priorities or market dynamics change.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact for assigned accounts, tracking customer health, NPS, and service coverage.
- Identify growth and optimization opportunities in collaboration with Analytics, Insight, and Account Development teams.
- Lead retailer onboarding, coordinating training, communication, and cross‑functional teams while resolving issues.
Required profile
- Strategic, analytical, and relationship‑oriented professional with strong commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and uncover new business opportunities.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment and motivated to innovate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in retail or related industries.
- Previous experience with NielsenIQ data and solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong background in customer management, commercial, or marketing roles with direct retailer exposure.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
