Revenue Operations Analyst

About the role

Habenae Consulting is seeking a motivated starting professional to join its fast‑growing consulting practice. You will work directly with clients and senior advisors to design and optimise sales and marketing processes that drive long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive improvement of business processes by leveraging Sales and Marketing systems, especially Salesforce CRM.
• Refine workflows across CRM, marketing automation, and BI platforms to maximise technology value.
• Collaborate with client sales and marketing teams to provide insights, update deal movement, and support management decisions.
• Develop reports and analyses that deliver actionable insights and enhance sales effectiveness.
• Assist with sales planning, budgeting cycles, territory design, commission plans, quota setting, onboarding, training, and enablement.
• Maintain clean, reliable data across connected systems and use AI‑powered analytics tools to accelerate insight generation.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree in business or a quantitative field.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong business judgment.
• Understanding of sales, marketing and customer‑success processes, including pipeline and territory management.
• Results‑oriented, detail‑focused, and able to prioritise multiple projects in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to teamwork.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM (including Salesforce Administrator certification).
• BI/reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
• AI‑powered analytics or forecasting tools.
• Data hygiene practices across CRM, marketing automation, and BI systems.
