About the role

Are you energetic, great at building relationships, and ready to work in the field? We're looking for a dynamic Retail Merchandiser in Caracas to represent our smartphone brand. In this role, you will be the face of our company in various stores, ensuring our products stand out and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

Visiting assigned retail stores daily.
Ensuring phones are perfectly positioned in high‑visibility areas like glass cabinets.
Managing, maintaining, and displaying promotional materials and POS items to maximize brand awareness.
Collecting and reporting accurate sales and stock data.
Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with shop owners, managers, and staff.
Working primarily in the field, moving between different locations daily.

Required profile

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑motivated and comfortable working on the move.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B1/B2 level or higher).
Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or field sales, with knowledge of the mobile/tech market.
