About the role

Bridgeway Global Staffing is seeking proactive, phone‑first Sales Representatives to support growing U.S. home‑services companies (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, landscaping, etc.). The position is 100% remote, works U.S. business hours, and is paid in USD on a long‑term basis.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads stored in the CRM.
Send personalized follow‑up texts and voice notes to encourage callbacks.
Re‑engage silent leads and quiet quotes by selling value rather than discounts.
Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve weekly activity targets.

Required profile

Advanced/bilingual spoken English (C1/C2) for daily U.S. phone calls.
Proven experience in phone‑based sales, call centers, or client‑facing roles.
Ability to craft strong, human follow‑up messages independently.
Quiet home office with stable internet, proper headset and computer.
