About the role

Valatam is seeking a motivated Remote Bilingual Sales & Support Associate to serve a growing U.S.-based client. You will handle inbound calls and emails, educate prospects, and convert qualified leads into booked services while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Educate potential customers on services, procedures, and solutions.
• Build strong relationships and represent the brand positively.
• Convert qualified inbound and outbound sales opportunities into booked services, meeting close‑rate metrics.
• Follow established sales processes, contact‑center procedures, and quality standards.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve performance goals and KPIs.
• Maintain reliable attendance in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, call center, or business development.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and KPI‑driven mindset.
• Availability for rotating 8‑hour shifts, including possible weekends.
