Remote Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a remote bilingual Sales and Customer Service Assistant to support a growing U.S.-based client. The role combines inbound and outbound sales activities with high‑quality customer support, offering a clear path to commissions and career advancement.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and chat inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Educate prospects about services, procedures and solutions, creating a positive experience.
• Convert qualified leads into booked services while meeting sales performance and close‑rate targets.
• Follow established sales processes, contact‑center procedures and quality standards.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve KPIs, customer‑satisfaction goals and performance targets.
• Maintain reliable attendance and thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, call‑center, customer success or business development.
• Available for rotating 8‑hour shifts (40 hours/week), including possible weekends.
• Home office with a laptop (2010+), 8 GB RAM, 50 Mbps internet (backup connection) and a quiet professional workspace.
