Remote Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

Valatam is seeking a remote bilingual Inbound Sales Representative to support a growing U.S.-based client. The role combines customer service and sales, handling inbound communications and converting prospects into booked services while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails and chat inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain services, procedures and solutions to potential customers, creating a positive experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, representing the brand in every interaction.
• Convert qualified inbound and outbound opportunities into booked services, meeting sales and close‑rate targets.
• Follow established sales processes, contact‑center procedures and quality standards.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve performance goals, customer‑satisfaction targets and key KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, call‑center or business development.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and KPI‑driven mindset.
• Reliable, accountable and able to work rotating 8‑hour shifts, including possible weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
