About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Assistant to support a growing U.S.-based client. The role combines inbound customer support with proactive sales outreach, offering a clear path to commissions and career advancement.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Educate prospects about services, procedures, and solutions while creating a positive experience.
• Convert qualified inbound and outbound opportunities into booked services, meeting sales performance metrics.
• Follow established sales processes, contact‑center procedures, and quality standards.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve performance goals, customer‑satisfaction targets, and key business KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, customer service, call‑center, customer success, or business development.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and KPI‑driven mindset.
• Availability for rotating 8‑hour shifts (40 h/week), including possible weekends.
