Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

Momentum Network is seeking a motivated, bilingual professional to join its fully remote customer service team. You will interact with English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, email and chat while helping to improve overall satisfaction and support company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in English and Spanish.
• Provide account updates, resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate notes and records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with supervisors and internal departments to address complex cases.
• Manage high‑volume communication while meeting service level targets.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and professional attitude.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Ability to work independently following company procedures.

Required skills

• CRM tools proficiency.
