Remote Appointment Setter – Home Improvement Leads

About the role

Better Home Studio is seeking a full‑time Remote Appointment Setter to engage inbound and outbound leads for high‑ticket home improvement services. You will qualify prospects, schedule meetings for the sales team, and help build a predictable pipeline of quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to qualify lead needs.
• Send follow‑up messages and timely reminders to reduce no‑shows.
• Manage calendars and coordinate availability for sales appointments.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Highly organized, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proven ability to meet daily and weekly targets and manage time effectively.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
• Willingness to work within designated time zones or hours.
