Remote Appointment Setter – Full-time

About the role

Everlast Bathrooms is seeking a full‑time Remote Appointment Setter to support its bathroom remodeling team. You will work from a quiet home office, contacting potential customers in English and scheduling appointments for our sales and design specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to prospective clients.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the remodeling team.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update appointment statuses.
• Provide a professional, courteous experience for every caller.
• Collaborate with remote teammates to ensure smooth hand‑offs.

Required profile

• Fluent or bilingual English communication skills.
• Reliable remote work setup: dedicated quiet space, computer, high‑speed internet.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, team‑oriented environment.
• Previous experience in sales, scheduling, or customer‑facing roles is a plus.
