Reddit Growth Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling creator management agency looking for a Reddit Growth Specialist to build and operate Reddit channels for top‑tier creators. You will own the end‑to‑end strategy, from community selection to daily posting, ensuring compliance and driving traffic that converts into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily health checks on multiple creator accounts, monitoring post status, engagement metrics, and platform compliance.
• Execute a structured posting schedule per creator, delivering multiple staggered posts that match the right communities.
• Engage with comments and direct messages on live posts to increase profile visits and conversions.
• Research, curate, and continuously refresh community lists, swapping underperforming subreddits for high‑converting ones.
• Conduct outreach to community moderators to build relationships and secure moderator status where needed.
• Manage account warm‑up phases methodically, building credibility before scaling activity.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing Reddit accounts with measurable growth and traffic.
• Meticulous understanding of Reddit community guidelines, posting cadence, and content restrictions.
• Strong community‑research ability to match content with the appropriate audience.
• Native‑level written English for authentic titles, outreach messages, and copy.
• Experience running multiple accounts safely, either on personal setups or with our infrastructure.
