Outbound Sales Intern

About the role

Desert Digital OÜ is looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Intern to join its remote sales team. This part‑time position offers hands‑on experience in prospecting, cold outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting, with the possibility of a full‑time offer based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, online databases, and other outbound channels.
• Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn messages.
• Assess prospects’ needs, budget, and decision‑making authority to qualify leads.
• Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales representatives.
• Log all activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Continuously learn outbound sales strategies, objection handling, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Students, fresh graduates, or early‑career professionals interested in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound communication.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and disciplined.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
