Outbound Recruiter (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Venture49's Logistics Division is seeking enthusiastic Outbound Recruiters to join a fully remote team covering Latin America. You will use warm driver leads provided by the company, a dialer, scripts and training to connect with professional CDL truck drivers in the United States and place them with carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Call warm driver leads using the provided dialer during U.S. call blocks (11 am‑1 pm and 5 pm‑8 pm EST, Monday‑Friday).
• Qualify drivers, answer their questions, and guide them through the application process.
• Maintain a high calling volume and follow up each lead for up to two weeks.
• Keep call notes and lead status accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable picking up the phone and dialing at volume.
• Available to work the specified U.S. call blocks.
• Reliable computer, headset, quiet workspace and stable internet.
• Willingness to work on a commission‑only basis during the first 30 days.

Required skills

• Experience with cold‑calling, call‑center or outbound sales (preferred).
• Proficiency with dialer software.
