Marketing Specialist – AI‑Enabled Workflow Designer (Remote)

About the role

Design and manage AI‑enabled workflows for enterprise production, driving pipeline generation and brand visibility while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage systems for intake, processing, and optimization of production requests.
• Manage production projects from request through delivery.
• Build and maintain automations and integrations for adjacent workflows such as surveys and content audits using AI and no‑code tools.
• Maintain workflow documentation, version control, and brand and quality compliance across all deliverables.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing projects.
• 1+ year of hands‑on experience with AI tools and workflow integration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
