Major Account Manager (Enterprise Sales)

About the role

The Major Account Manager will drive enterprise‑level sales of network security solutions, focusing on large accounts in Mexico and the broader region. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating closely with Fortinet partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify enterprise business opportunities and manage the sales process through to closure.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets and maintain an accurate sales pipeline forecast.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain strong relationships with strategic enterprise accounts.
• Develop account plans together with key Fortinet partners and create marketing initiatives to expand the pipeline.
• Partner with Fortinet marketing, channel, and engineering teams to drive regional revenue growth.
• Travel up to 20% of the time to meet customers and partners.

Required profile

• Proven ability to sell complex solutions to enterprise accounts.
• Consistent quota achievement and demonstrated career stability.
• Experience closing large deals in Mexico and selling to Fortune 1000 major accounts.
• Background in selling enterprise network security products and services.
• Experience with Salesforce and, optionally, developing business partner relationships.
