Luxury Client Advocate (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Luxury Client Advocate to provide white‑glove support to ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients in the luxury jewelry sector. This remote, relationship‑first position works closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless, discreet client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with a portfolio of UHNW clients, delivering professional and caring service.
• Advocate for clients throughout their sales journey, coordinating next steps and maintaining smooth touchpoints without handling the sale directly.
• Maintain accurate client data and follow‑ups in HubSpot and Podium.
• Represent the unified assistant identity (“Quinn”) across all communications for a consistent experience.
• Coordinate internally via Slack and G Suite to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Support onboarding and operational workflows using Zendesk.
• Proactively resolve client questions and concerns, often anticipating needs before they arise.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of client‑facing experience in customer support, client relations, or advocacy.
• Experience in luxury retail or high‑end services is a strong plus.
• Comfortable engaging with UHNW clients, understanding their expectations for discretion and speed.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Based in Latin America or Europe.
