Legal Intake Specialist (Remote, Bilingual)

About the role

NeoWork is seeking a bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to join its remote‑first team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling intake calls, gathering essential information, and routing qualified leads to the appropriate attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake calls using firm scripts and procedures.
• Gather, verify, and organize client information in the practice management system.
• Schedule client consultations and manage calendar logistics.
• Route intake leads to attorneys based on practice area and availability.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM and follow up on pending leads.
• Flag conflicts of interest, jurisdictional issues, or matters outside firm scope.
• Provide phone and email support in both English and Spanish.
• Track intake metrics and report on pipeline status.

Required profile

• Fluent bilingual capability in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Minimum 2 years experience in legal intake, legal administration, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with sensitive client data.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work US business hours.
• Professional phone presence and clear communication in both languages.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal practice management systems such as LawMatics or Clio.
• Experience using CRM platforms for lead routing and tracking.
