Personal Injury Paralegal – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join a U.S.-based law firm on a fully remote basis. The role involves managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution, acting as the main point of contact for clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake to final resolution.
• Serve as primary liaison among clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other legal documentation.
• Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely completion of legal actions.
• Prepare comprehensive case files to support attorneys.
• Maintain up-to-date case data in the firm’s legal management system.

Required profile

• Extensive hands-on experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Deep understanding of U.S. personal injury workflows, including medical records retrieval and insurance follow-ups.
• Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for professional calls.
