Legal Analyst (Temporary)

About the role

Under the guidance of Mondelēz International’s legal leader or counsel, the Temporary Legal Analyst will support the company’s legal strategy and service delivery model in Venezuela. The role combines specialist and generalist legal work, requiring independent judgment and the ability to translate legal concepts into practical business advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal support to the legal business unit, regional and global stakeholders.
• Assess and communicate legal and operational risks related to business initiatives.
• Monitor and advise on changes in laws and regulations affecting Venezuela and other relevant jurisdictions.
• Prepare legal documents, gather information and interact with business partners to achieve objectives.
• Operate and manage the systems and technologies used for legal service delivery.

Required profile

• Legal experience, preferably in a large matrixed multinational environment.
• Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations and tight deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving, project‑management and time‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technology‑savvy with the capacity to operate relevant legal systems.
