About the role
TP‑Link is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Key Account Manager – Sell‑Out to lead the performance of its distribution channel in Venezuela. You will be responsible for increasing product rotation at points of sale by executing commercial actions, trade‑marketing initiatives, and data‑driven decisions while building strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to boost sell‑out performance across modern retail, traditional channels, pharmacies and other outlets.
- Manage commercial relationships with key accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and proper execution of agreements.
- Analyze sell‑out indicators, product visibility, pricing and coverage to optimise channel performance.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing to launch promotions, brand activations and point‑of‑purchase materials.
- Conduct regular field visits to verify execution of commercial agreements and monitor product flow from distributors to stores.
- Gather market intelligence on consumer behaviour, inventory levels and competitor activity to anticipate trends.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 4 + years of proven experience in key‑account management, indirect channels or sell‑out strategy within retail or distribution companies.
- Full availability to travel frequently across the national territory for on‑site execution.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
