About the role

TP‑Link is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive sales of its corporate networking solutions across the Venezuelan market. The successful candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor for B2B customers, expanding existing relationships and opening new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical consultation on TP‑Link routers, switches, access points and security devices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, primarily in the Colombian region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales growth targets.
  • Develop account plans that align solutions with customer needs and long‑term objectives.
  • Conduct solution selling by diagnosing customer pain points and proposing comprehensive networking solutions.
  • Support the sales team with technical presentations, product demos, solution architecture design and proposal development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, sales activities and market feedback, and report regularly to management.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate studies in Sales or Business Administration are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing sales in a corporate channel for technology, telecommunications or networking companies.
  • Strong negotiation skills and willingness to travel frequently across the country.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Ability to work 100 % on‑site.
