Inbound Sales Specialist – B2C

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Inbound Sales Specialist to help us expand globally by acquiring and managing high‑quality B2C users. You will turn hot leads into verified, active participants while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 500+ hot leads daily across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram.
• Convert leads provided by the marketing team into verified users, guiding them through registration, verification and initial setup.
• Communicate the project’s value, benefits and expectations clearly to prospects.
• Optimize the onboarding funnel to improve conversion rates and reduce drop‑offs.
• Maintain consistent contact with users, promptly addressing any blockers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance conversion efficiency and user quality.

Required profile

• Native‑level Spanish (C2) and at least B1 English proficiency.
• Comfortable processing large volumes of leads on multiple social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and influence users.
• Results‑driven mindset focused on conversion, retention and performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Pro‑active attitude with a strong desire to contribute to project success.
