About the role
We are looking for a motivated Forex Sales Agent to join our remote team. You will engage Spanish‑speaking prospects through chat, using our scripts as a foundation while tailoring each conversation to the client’s needs. The role focuses on delivering a high‑quality experience and building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct chat‑based conversations with inbound leads in Spanish.
- Adapt scripted dialogues to match individual customer requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and foster long‑term client relationships.
- Handle multiple simultaneous interactions efficiently.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of proven success in chat‑based sales or a comparable sales environment.
- Fluent Spanish for client communication and English for internal coordination.
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Mid‑level experience, capable of managing multiple conversations at once.
Required skills
- Forex trading knowledge.
