About the role

We are seeking a fast‑moving Executive Assistant with a strong marketing foundation to support our executive team remotely across LATAM. The role blends executive administration, CRM automation, and visual content creation without needing step‑by‑step guidance.

Key responsibilities

Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox and logistics with proactive judgment.
Build and optimise CRM pipelines and automated workflows directly in GoHighLevel.
Create on‑brand visual content in Canva and schedule posts across social media platforms.
Maintain and organise team workspaces, trackers and databases in Notion.
Support marketing activities by handling LinkedIn engagement, email campaigns and presentations.

Required profile

Fluent English (written and verbal).
Experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator.
Hands‑on experience building pipelines and automations in GoHighLevel.
High proficiency in Notion and Canva.
Advanced Google Workspace and Excel skills (formulas, trackers).
