English‑Speaking Product Support Agent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Product Support Agent to join our fast‑growing team at Mindy Support. The position is fully remote and involves providing technical assistance to customers via phone and chat, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience with our iFLO devices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tech support through inbound calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot technical and connectivity issues for customers.
• Provide information on order status and product details, including the iFLO device and related chemicals.
• Process replacements and returns using Netsuite.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.

Required profile

• C1 proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Client‑oriented attitude with excellent listening and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently from home with a reliable PC and internet connection.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts within the coverage hours.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in G‑suite.
• Familiarity with Netsuite for processing transactions.
• Experience with live‑chat applications (preferred).
