English Sales Representative

About the role

The English Sales Representative will engage prospective customers, nurture leads and convert opportunities into active clients. The role requires strong communication, organization and the ability to handle multiple conversations while maintaining detail orientation. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, social media and messaging platforms.
• Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Record and update all interactions in the company’s CRM or sales tracking system.
• Schedule product demonstrations, consultations or meetings as required.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals and other sales documentation.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead‑conversion targets.
• Provide regular reports on lead status, sales performance and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve acquisition and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong follow‑up and relationship‑management abilities.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, results‑driven and capable of working independently.
• Problem‑solving and negotiation skills.

What we offer

• Base salary of $650 per month plus commissions.
