Customer Success Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. In this remote, full‑time position you will ensure clients have a positive experience and extract maximum value from our innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships, understanding client needs and goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and drive product adoption.
• Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them promptly.
• Educate clients on product features, best practices, and usage.
• Collect feedback and relay insights to internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a client‑facing role such as customer success, account management, or client support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
