Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product guidance for our kitchen appliance line.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via calls, texts, emails, and messaging apps.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to resolve issues with kitchen appliances.
• Create and implement design concepts for new and existing products as needed.
• Develop a deep understanding of product offerings to give accurate recommendations.
• Collaborate daily with colleagues, share knowledge, and participate in team meetings.
• Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about kitchen appliances.
