Customer Service Representative

About the role

EzoBord is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support its UK, Ireland and, eventually, Chicago client base. Working full‑time on Chicago time, you will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring inquiries, quotations and orders are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer communications via email, website and phone.
• Process quotation requests in collaboration with the estimating team.
• Learn product details to answer technical questions promptly.
• Use ClickUp to create and track order tasks through fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, orders and customer interactions.
• Process orders, obtain sign‑off on shop drawings, and manage payment acknowledgements.
• Provide weekly updates to sales, production and logistics on account status.
• Monitor payment irregularities and communicate shipment status.
• Handle customer complaints and propose solutions.
• Assist with maintaining process documentation and internal coordination.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across production, accounting, estimating and engineering.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and internal software tools.

Required skills

• QuickBooks – entering and modifying estimates, converting them into orders.
• Zendesk CRM – creating contacts and tracking client correspondence.
• ClickUp – initiating and managing order tasks.
