Construction Supervisor – Growth Projects (Petroboscán)

About the role

Chevron Venezuela is looking for a Construction Supervisor to lead growth projects at the Petroboscán site. The role involves front‑line supervision of complex brownfield and capital construction activities, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site construction supervision for brownfield and capital projects within Petroboscán.
• Act as the primary field execution leader, directing construction crews and contractors.
• Enforce safety work standards and manage simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) conditions.
• Ensure work complies with approved designs, project schedules, and quality requirements.
• Align execution with Chevron Project Management System (CPMS), Operational Excellence (OE), PDVSA standards and applicable international standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction activities in the oil & gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and ability to manage SIMOPS.
• Familiarity with CPMS, Operational Excellence processes and PDVSA standards.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with contractors.
