Collections Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Collections Representative to manage and resolve outstanding accounts for both residential and commercial clients. The role involves making professional collection calls, preparing reports, and keeping stakeholders updated on collection status.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct effective collection calls with clients to recover overdue payments.
• Prepare and deliver reports based on supplied data and documentation.
• Provide timely updates on collection status and workload to management.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow, prioritising and assigning collection activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant collection policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in collections or a related field.
• Professional attitude with strong ethical standards.
• Excellent organisational, attention‑to‑detail, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and follow specific instructions when required.
