Collections Call Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Collections Call Representative to handle and resolve outstanding accounts for residential and commercial clients. This fully remote position involves professional communication with clients and collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct effective and professional collection calls.
• Prepare and deliver reports based on supplied data.
• Provide timely updates on collection status and workload.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow, prioritising collection activities.
• Ensure compliance with collection policies and regulations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to convey information across departments.
• Strong organisational and attention‑to‑detail capabilities.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and follow specific instructions when needed.

Required skills

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Verified experience in collections or a related field.
• Proficiency with Excel, CRM systems, Google Sheets and specialised collections software.
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience using Discord, Hubstaff, WhatsApp, Zoom and PDF editing tools.
