About the role

The Client Solutions Support Lead will shape and grow the Client Solutions Support function at BairesDev. You will build playbooks from scratch, work closely with senior leadership, and define the future operating model for this emerging team. This remote position offers a unique blend of team‑building and strategic influence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Client Solutions Support team through people management and mentorship.
• Manage strategic operational initiatives and drive their execution.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive results.
• Analyze feedback and lead continuous process‑improvement efforts.
• Handle escalations and ensure quality assurance across team output.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in sales support roles.
• Minimum 1 + year experience in commercial operational teams.
• Experience working with full sales cycles or sales‑cycle steps.
• Proven experience leading and coaching a team.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
