Client Solutions Support Lead

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Client Solutions Support Lead to shape and grow its Client Solutions Support function. This remote position offers the chance to build playbooks from the ground up, work closely with senior leadership, and influence the strategic direction of a fast‑expanding team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a tight‑knit Client Solutions Support team.
• Design and execute strategic operational initiatives.
• Define, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive results.
• Analyze feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and lead process‑enhancement projects.
• Handle escalations and ensure quality assurance across team deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support or commercial operational roles.
• Experience working with full sales cycles or specific sales‑cycle steps.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with KPI management (nice to have).
