Category Brand Specialist – Oral Care

About the role

The Category Brand Specialist for Oral Care will own the strategic direction, positioning, and profit & loss growth of the assigned brand portfolio. Acting as the chief brand champion, you will ensure consistency, maximize equity, and drive sustainable market share expansion across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the brand’s financial performance and long‑term vision, creating and executing comprehensive marketing roadmaps.
• Develop and launch high‑impact integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media, managing senior‑level agency relationships.
• Translate market research and predictive analytics into actionable insights for product innovation, pricing, and communication.
• Manage the marketing budget to optimize ROI and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Sales, R&D, Operations, Finance) to align on strategic goals and major launches.
• Mentor junior brand team members, fostering a culture of strategic thinking and accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• At least 4 + years total professional experience, including 2 + years in marketing, sales, trade or retail marketing.
• Proven experience using Nielsen data platforms for market analysis.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
