Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join Venture49’s fully remote sales engine. You will focus on generating interest from US companies and scheduling qualified calls for our Senior Account Executive, using provided lead lists, scripts and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels to prospect US businesses.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the Senior Account Executive.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions in the company CRM.
• Achieve weekly activity targets and booked‑call quotas.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking confidently on the phone.
• Previous experience in a BDR, SDR, appointment‑setting or outbound‑sales role.
• Based in Venezuela and available to work 8 AM‑5 PM EST, Monday‑Friday.
• Ability to receive USD payments via Zelle, Wise or similar services.

What we offer

• Full‑time, 100 % remote position.
• Base compensation of $700‑$1,200 USD per month starting month 2, plus commission from day 1.
